I. Overview

Our early traction machine torsional vibration tester was jointly developed with the Langfang Elevator Inspection Center as an instrument specifically for traction machine inspection. Later, with the development of The Times and practical engineering applications, to facilitate the operation of the equipment, an upgraded version of HG-605V (new wireless) was achieved. It can measure and store 60 single peak, average and RMS values of vibration acceleration,velocity and displacement, and can also store a 16-second waveform. All stored data can be sent to the microcomputer(PC/XT/286/386/486, etc.) to establish equipment maintenance files and conduct signal analysis and fault diagnosis. We have developed wireless all-in-one machines that can communicate wirelessly with computer software or mobile phone APP software. Among them, the mobile phone APP only monitors real-time vibration values, while the computer software can monitor vibration values and spectrum analysis graphs.

3.Main features of HG-605V:

1. There are three parameters: acceleration, velocity and displacement. Any one of them can be selected for each measurement.

2 Choose any one of the three characteristic values: single peak, average value, or effective value.

3 The measurement range is manually selectable, and the sampling frequency is 1024Hz.

4 The measurement start delay can be selected from 0 to 255 seconds.

5 The HG-605V has achieved the function of wireless transmission, making it easier to install and test.

The HG-605V can be directly watched in real time through the mobile APP (Android system) software. It is also suitable for equipment management and monitoring, condition-based maintenance, fault diagnosis, quality inspection of various mechanical and electrical products, as well as other vibration measurement and electrical signal measurement in a wide range of industrial and mining enterprises. It can be used continuously for 9 hours without power interruption.
