Introduction
The fully automatic digital pull-out adhesion tester is the latest intelligent adhesion testing instrument developed by our company. It uses hydraulic pressure to perform pull-out testing on specific areas of coatings. The entire pull-out process is automatically completed by the instrument, and the pull-out speed is stable and controllable, avoiding errors caused by unstable speed due to manual pressure; The pull-out force can be accurately displayed on a digital display, and there are three different units to choose from: MPa, psi, and KN; The instrument can set an upper limit for pressurization and apply precise pressure to the sample; After reaching the set pressure, the holding time can be set to evaluate the durability performance of the sample under a certain pressure.

6. Internally stored pull-out data, including maximum pull-out force, pulling rate, testing time, and size of pull-out spindles;

7. Simply press the button to select the size of the pull-out unit, change the measurement unit, or store the reading;

8. No need to convert the table, the instrument automatically calculates the pull-out force according to the size of the pull-out unit;

9. The pull-out unit uses cost-effective and high-quality aluminum spindles that meet international standards;

10. The aluminum automatic centering pull off unit ensures that the pull off force is evenly applied to the test results during smooth or uneven surface testing, preventing unilateral pull off;

11. LCD display, with three units: MPa, psi, and KN;

12. Equipped with a pull-out force curve display function, it can clearly observe the changes in pull-out force throughout the entire drawing process;

13. Data can be stored up to 200000 pieces;

14. Bluetooth printer can print directly on site (optional);

15. This product adopts a full touch screen design, with one click switching between Chinese and English, making it easy to operate;
